Parties

This Agreement is made between Zeroed In Marketing and the Client identified below (the "Effective Date" is the date of the last signature). Services are subject to Zeroed In Marketing's Master Terms and Conditions at zeroedin.co/pages/terms, which the Client accepts by signing.

§ 04

Payment Structure

90 Days, Paid in Full

SAVE 10–12%

One payment at signing covers the full sprint. 10% off with one service, 12% off when you run ads and email together. Non-refundable after services commence.

Month to Month

90-DAY MINIMUM

Standard rates billed monthly. The work still runs in 90-day sprints, and the first sprint is a minimum commitment.

Ad spend is separate from management fees and paid directly by the Client. Recommended minimums are set during onboarding. Payments are processed via Stripe, ACH, or wire; running fees on a points-earning card (Amex Gold, etc.) is a smart move for any business owner.

§ 05

Terms of Engagement

90-Day Sprints

All engagements run in 90-day sprints. Real testing and measurable results take a full sprint; no channel gets fixed in 30 days, and we will not pretend otherwise. At the end of each sprint we review results together and set the next plan.

Cancellation

Monthly billing: early cancellation within the first 90 days requires payment of 50% of the remaining balance through day 90. After the first sprint, 30 days written notice; we use that period to close the sprint cleanly and hand everything off.

Late Payment

Payments over 7 days past due result in suspension of services until the account is current.

Revisions

Reasonable revision requests within the initial brief are included. Excessive or out-of-scope requests may incur additional charges, agreed upon before we proceed.

IP Warranty

Zeroed In Marketing warrants that services provided do not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, during or after this Agreement.

§ 06

Signatures

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed as of the Effective Date. The service selections and payment option shown in the Engagement Summary form the scope of this Agreement.
